The strangest thing is that there is no difference at all!!
The world is absolutely normal to a mentally perfect person.
And the world is absolutely normal to a mentally retarded person too!!
The abnormality is only in the visualization. A mentally perfect visualizes the world of mentally retarded as absurd. And the similar thing happens the opposite way round..
