Society tends to focus on youth and beauty regarding women. One is a temporary asset (everybody ages), and the other one of a superficual one (no one can choose their genes)

Meanwhile society doesnt put as much pressure on men to look young and beauty, in fact you can see many old fat ugly guys married to younger beautiful women.

So what do you think about it?

We have plastic surgery and make up so that we don't have to face the horrors of female ageing now.
